Dr. Gary Stratton
President / Owner
Dr. Stratton is an economist with his masters degree in economics from Murray State University in Kentucky and his doctorate degree in economics from Clemson University. Gary taught economics and finance at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise for over 20 years before relocating back to Frankfort, Kentucky.
Gary now teaches economics and finance at Kentucky State University (KSU) and is involved in many economic development projects in and around Frankfort. One such project involves the director position of the KSU Center for Economic Education and Financial Literacy. Gary’s goal is that all individuals have some amount of financial literacy education.
J.C. Schweingrouber
Investment Advisor / Owner
J.C. is a graduate of the University of Virginia-Wise with his bachelor’s in economics. He attended Radford University to study International Economics after that and began his career in investments in 1999. He’s worked for two well known national firms before leaving the corporate world to become an independent investment advisor. He co-founded VistaFront Partners in January 2020. He has held several industry licenses over the years and currently holds a Series 65.
J.C. is also a founding member and President of the Foundation For Appalachian Advancement where the organization focuses on issues of artistic and cultural advancement, as well as addressing the economic opportunities and disparities of the region.
